(DynaMed serial numbers are valid for only one year. EEP is an evidence-based tool that searches ten databases to provide "just-in-time" information. Includes abstracts from the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, guidelines, POEMs synopes, InfoPOEMs, drug information, clinical calculators and prediction rules, and diagnostic tests. Available free to all Medical College of WI faculty, students and staff through the Libraries' subscription to Essential Evidence Plus. (Essential Evidence Plus registration numbers are valid for only one year. When the registration expires after one year, you will need to acquire a new registration number from MCW Libraries.)

Designed for use at point of care, it provides instant, user-friendly access to the latest information on evaluation, diagnosis, clinical management, prognosis and prevention.
First Consult is available at MDConsult. Next click on First Consult and then click on "download First Consult on Pocket Consult" where you will be prompted to create an account before you are able to download the program to your PDA. Medical Letter 
The Medical Letter is an independent, peer-reviewed publication that offers unbiased critical evaluations of drugs, with special emphasis on new drugs, to physicians and other members of the health professions. Published every other week in a four-page newsletter format, it carries no advertising and is supported entirely by subscription fees. Coverage via the PDA is from 2001 to the present. Available free to all Medical College of WI faculty, students and staff through the Libraries' subscription to Medical Letter.

Shots 2009 is a quick reference guide to the 2009 Childhood and Adolescent Immunization Schedules, a collaboration of the ACIP, AAP and AAFP, and the 2009 Adult Immunization Schedule, recommended by the ACIP.
