Dr. Seal specializes in the application of quantitative methodology to AIDS-related and sexual behavior issues. His research explores individual, interpersonal, and contextual influences on emotionally and sexually intimate communication, decision-making, negotiation, and behavior. Dr. Seal is also involved in the development and implementation of HIV and STD prevention intervention research with incarcerated populations, couples, young men who have sex with men, and at-risk heterosexuals.
