HWPP aims to improve the health of the people of Wisconsin by awarding project funding through a Request for Proposal process to innovative, public health related, community-MCW academic projects that can have measurable impact and can create meaningful, transformative change.
Proposals are not being accepted at this time. The next opportunity to apply will be in 2010.

Through five separate funding cycles, the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program has awarded $24.5 million to 109 community-MCW academic partnerships committed to improving the health of Wisconsin residents. Each funded partnership consists of at least one community organization and one academic partner from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
