| In the Funding Proposal, Pages A & B, removing Personnel from a Funding Proposal. User was unable to forward a Funding Proposal to the PDO. The user had initially added "Additional Personnel" on Page B, then tried to remove them by changing Page A, Question #6 to "No". |
Page B selections must be deleted PRIOR to changing Page A, Question #6 to "No". |

| In the State of "Pending Sponsor Decision", an email notification is inaccurate. The current email notification is automatically sent from the Grants & Contracts Office to the PI, PT, BS & PDA indicating "No further action is required". However, the email should indicate that "Your action is required" and that the funding application has received institutional approvals and is ready to be submitted to the sponsor outside of eBridge. |
If the "Subject" line of the email notification indicates "eBridge Grants: A Funding Proposal Has Been Forwarded to PI" and in the body of the email indicates "No further action is required", please take action and submit your funding application to the Sponsor directly, outside of eBridge. |

In the Budget, Page W,
NIH salary cap ($196,700) is incorrectly applied to all federal applications versus to only NIH applications. |
As an interim workaround, the PI or BS can add the salary difference as a salary line item in the "Supplies" category with a note. The interim fix can then be corrected at the time the grant is awarded & reconciled in eBridge. |

When faculty's "actual" salary is above $225K & the "requested" salary is below $225K, the FB rate is calculating as if the "requested" rate is above $225K. |
Adjust the "Effort %" or "Salary Requested" for each period to get the correct calculation. Enter a comment on Page W in the "Personnel Costs Notes" section as to the changes that were made. |

In the Funding Proposal, Page A,
When creating a new Funding Proposal, the "logged on user's name" is pre-populated on Page A, Question 3.0 as the Principal Investigator even though the logged on user is not a Principal Investigator. |
Before saving or selecting continue, the logged on user needs to select the PI's name on Page A, Question 3.0 AND list him/herself as a Proposal Team member with edit rights on Page A, Question 4.0. |
