After the primary department administrator (PDA) approves the percent efforts for everyone from the PDA’s department listed on the budget, the button to complete that activity remains to be used again if needed. The reasoning is to allow the PDA access to modify her response of changing the approved percent effort as well as removing or adding approval.
If a PDA wishes to confirm her initial activity was completed, she may review the history of activities to the funding proposal under the History Tab.
