Send Approve Affiliation Instructions to CA

If a MCW Center/Institute is part of the funding application, an email notification with instructions is sent to the Center Approvers responsible for the Center/Institute to electronically approve their Center affiliation.  All Center(s) listed in the funding proposal need to approve their affiliation before the Principal Investigator forwards the completed application to the Division Official/Primary Department Official.

Roles:   Principal Investigator (PI), Proposal Team (PT), Budget Specialist (BS), Primary Department Administrator (PDA)

Steps:

  1. After logging into eBridge, select My Home from the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Make sure the Proposal Team role is selected from the top-left corner.
  3. Select the Funding Proposal Name from My Inbox tab.
  4. Select the Send Approve Affiliation Instructions to CA activity in the left column:
    1. Select OK.  The window will close & return to the Funding Proposal Workspace.
    2. The email notification is now sent to all Center(s) listed in the funding proposal.
