In conjunction with the rollout of the redesigned AUA SmartForm, Research Education and the IACUC Staff have collaborated to publish a new online Procedure Guide for the eBridge Animal Submissions Module. In addition to updating the instructional documents that were created several years ago, we have created new ones for those activities that the Help Desk receives many questions about: Creating Reviewer Notes; Responding to Change Requests; Copying an AUA or Creating a Template; Using "View Differences"......and many more. Some are still "Under Construction". Each guide is titled with the corresponding eBridge activity, step-by-step instructions, and who the intended audience is (PI, Study Staff, Reviewer, Committee Member, Vet Reviewer). We invite you to use the Guides and provide feedback or suggestions for other guides by contacting ResearchEd@mcw.edu.
The redesigned eBridge Animal Use Application SmartForm is live in the system as of last Saturday, December 15. The new design has the same look and feel of the original, but with the following added benefits:
