Redesign of the Animal Use Application (AUA) SmartForm


The redesigned Animal Use Application (AUA) SmartForm went live on Saturday, December 15, 2012. The new design has the same look and feel of the original, but with the following added benefits:
 

  • Combined and/or removed questions to eliminate redundancy
  • Reorganization of questions/sections to improve flow

  • Division of existing questions, making them shorter and more focused
  • New validations to help Study Staff prepare an application for PI review
  • New "Help Text"
  • Automatic migration of existing data into new SmartForm

       

 

Walk-in Sessions Have Been Cancelled

The IACUC Office Staff has suspended the scheduled walk-in sessions that were held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month due to lack of attendance. Staff will still be glad to help you with any questions you may have regarding the SmartForm Redesign. Please email your questions or comments to IACUCAdmin@mcw.edu. Also available is the "Guide to the Redesigned Animal Use Application (AUA) eBridge SmartForm".
