eBridge Help Desk

The eBridge Help Desk provides support for the electronic submission and tracking system. Prior to contacting the eBridge Help Desk, either by phone or email, please have available all information relevant to your issue, including protocol/AUA/funding proposal/IBC numbers. In this way the Help Desk may assist you efficiently and correctly. Please note: new registrations may take up to 24 hours for an account to be created.

Do you sometimes forget your MCW password?

  • You can enroll for resetting your own password through MCW IS.
  • If you are not enrolled with IS, and have forgotten your MCW password, call (414) 955-4357 and select option 8 for general MCW-IS Help Desk support to reset your password.

Screenshots and Documents that provide additional information can be
emailed to the Help Desk, but make sure to reference your issue so
another ticket is not opened.
