Research Interests

I am interested in the epigenetic regulation of macrophage activation and polarization, examined at both the molecular and cellular level. In particular, through a study of epigenetic readers and their inhibition in macrophages, I aim to gain an understanding of the specific structural biology, post-translational modifications and protein-protein interactions that underly this epigenetic regulation.
