CPR devices may
improve survival for
victims of cardiac arrest!


 

Researchers at the Medical College of Wisconsin  are testing  2 new biomedical devices during CPR to determine if more people can be saved and the quality of their lives improved.

This is the second phase of research testing the ResQPOD®, and will be conducted in 5 cities in the United States.

Prior research has shown the devices can increase blood flow by 75%, significantly increase blood flow to the brain, improve survival and holds potential to reduce the risk of brain damage.
