We are Stevie Dreher and Christina Yannetsos, first-year emergency medicine residents at the Medical College of Wisconsin. On behalf of all of the EM residents, we would like to extend a warm welcome and thank you for choosing to interview with us. It was only a year ago that we were in your position, and we understand the commitment and interest it takes to interview at a residency program. As part of your introduction to MCW we offer an informal dinner the night before your interview. This is an excellent opportunity to meet the residents outside of the hospital in a relaxed setting and to ask any questions you have about the program, interview day, or the Milwaukee area. Most importantly, the dinner provides a glimpse into the program’s personality.

If you are traveling with a significant other, they are invited to attend our "Significant other Tour & Lunch" on the morning of your interview day as well as dinner the night before. The significant other of one of our current residents will be hosting a "tour of Milwaukee" at 9:30 AM followed by a casual lunch at 11:30. We understand the impact your residency selection decision has on your partner/fiance/spouse and would like to involve them as much as possible. You will receive more information on where to meet as your interview date approaches. Please RSVP, if you have not yet done so, for these events.
Once you have received an invite and selected an interview date, you should receive an email from Interview Broker as a confirmation of your interview date within 24 hours as well as additional details about your interview day.
