Dr. Marifke is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Clinical Nutrition at the Medical College of Wisconsin/Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital. He completed his medical school training as well as residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
He completed his fellowship in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Clinical Nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Marifke was the Principal Investigator in a clinical trial involving home blood glucose monitoring and was Sub-Principal Investigator for multiple clinical trials involving various aspects of diabetes.
Dr Marifke was born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin. He spent several years seeing general endocrine patients in Green Bay, WI after leaving fellowship with a particular focus on male hypogonadism and infertility. Dr Marifke is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. Dr. Marifke currently specializes in the treatment of male hypogonadism, low testosterone and infertility. He sees patients at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in the Endocrine Clinic, but also in the Reproductive Medicine Center, located at the North Hills Health Center in Menomonee Falls. He also works at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. Dr. Marifke is also the current director of the Endocrine Fellowship Program.
