All required information should be submitted by the applicant directly to the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Review of completed applications is conducted by a faculty committee within the Epidemiology Graduate Program. The outcome of the committee review is forwarded to the Dean as a recommendation for admission or rejection. Final action on each application is carried out by the Dean, who signs all letters of acceptance or rejection on behalf of the academic program and MCW. For acceptable candidates, the Dean co-signs the admission recommendation and sends an offer of acceptance to the candidate.
