As the Senior Associate Dean for the Office it is my goal to continuously improve faculty life and attract the best and brightest to join our ranks. Through various faculty development offerings and mentorship programs, diversity initiatives and faculty committee support it is the express purpose of the Office of Faculty Affairs and Diversity to further the outstanding work of our faculty.
