The Office of Faculty Affairs sends a reminder to Departments for promotions in the Clinician Educator Pathway with the deadline of October 1st.
All Clinician Educator Pathway promotion packets are due to the Office of Faculty Affairs on October 1st.
During the week of October 15th the Office of Faculty Affairs will send a complete list of requested promotions by Department to the Department Administrator. At this time a reminder will be sent out regarding promotions due on January 1st for promotions in the Academic Clinician, Traditional, Research Pathway, and the Award of Tenure
The Office of Faculty Affairs sends Department Administrators reminder regarding January 1st promotion deadline. At this time Faculty Affairs will also send an update on the status of promotions received in October.
All Academic Clinician, Traditional, Research, and Award of Tenure promotion packets are due to the Office of Faculty Affairs on January 1st.
During the week of January 15th the Office of Faculty Affairs will send out confirmation of all promotions received for the following academic year. At this time an update will also be sent with the status of promotions.
The Office of Faculty Affairs will follow up monthly with Department Administrators as well as Department Chairmen regarding the status of promotions. Questions may be sent to Tricia Crawford at any time during the process.
