Milwaukee Regional Medical Campus (MRMC)

MCW is one of six organizations located on the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center (MRMC) campus which sits on over 300 acres. With vast green spaces, room to grow and expand and advanced facilities, MRMC is the largest academic medical campus in Wisconsin. Located in the City of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin the area boosts excellent schools, fine dining, safe and diverse neighborhoods and a full spectrum of urban, recreational, and outdoor activities.
The Medical College’s outstanding campus partners include Froedtert Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Blood Research Institute of BloodCenter Wisconsin, Curative Care Network and the Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division. Approximately 20,500 people work on campus. Each year, Medical College of Wisconsin providers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and psychologists care for more than 430,000 patients, representing more than 1.6 million patient visits.
The MCW Libraries serve as the primary provider of information services for MCW faculty, residents, students, staff of MCW and hospital employees of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital. Medical College Libraries comprise three facilities the main research library located in the Health Research Center; and two clinical libraries, one in Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and one in Froedtert Hospital. The libraries hold among the largest health sciences collections in the Midwest, with more than 250,000 volumes and 9,000 online journals, 3,500 electronic books and 90 databases.
