News YOU Want to Know
EMERGE continues to encourage you to work on your personal goal(s) you set back in October, 2013. If you have questions about meeting your timeframe for your goal speak with your supervisor.
Where are we now?
To close out FY14, two steps need to be completed by June 16th. Click on the step below for resources to assist you in completion.
These 2 steps are:
1. Have a discussion regarding the results of the goal(s)
2. Update and document goal progress in the EMERGE System
What happens next?
Beginning in July, we enter the next phase in our EMERGE journey. All faculty and staff will set new individual goals for the fiscal year. Additional information on setting FY15 goals will be sent in the coming months.
We will also be introducing dimensions; the traits and skills Executive Leadership has defined as necessary to drive future success for the College. These dimensions will be used during results reviews and to guide individual development.
