We deliver patient-centered, effective, and efficient medical care while teaching the fundamentals of General Internal Medicine to the health care providers and leaders of the future. The Division of General Internal Medicine is involved with the training and education of medical students, residents, and fellows. We also offer CME programs for community physicians like our Annual Update in Primary Care scheduled for October 9-11, 2008 at the Landmark Resort, Egg Harbor, WI. 

 

Our faculty conduct research in many areas and are involved with the MCW Patient Care Outcomes Research Center.

We provide patient care at several locations throughout Milwaukee including Froedtert Hospital, Zablocki VA Medical Center, Froedtert & Medical College East Clinic, Sargeant Health Center, Plank Road Clinic, and Lincoln Ave Clinic.
