IDP in Biomedical Sciences Degrees

The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences is committed to preparing graduate students for research careers in the 21st century through a creative and integrated approach to cutting-edge scientific problems.

 
IDP in Neurosciences Programs

PhD programs in Biophysics (fMRI), Biostatistics, Public and Community Health, Interdisciplinary Program in Biomedical and Neurosciences and Physiology.  MS programs in Epidemiology, Public Health, Bioinformatics, Healthcare Technologies Management and Medical Informatics and MA program in Bioethics provide the motivated student with superior training while allowing for maximal flexibility in the choice of research area and coursework.

Tuition Tuition & Fees

All full time PhD students receive a scholarship, stipend ($25,750 US) and health insurance for the duration of their degree program.  That's right, all expenses paid.  Tuition and fees for all other students remain competitive and are often reimbursed by employers.

My advice is to enter a program with an open mind. You may come in thinking Biophysics but find an even stronger passion for research in Microbiology.  Making the transition to graduate school can be difficult and it helps to know how you study best.

Certificate series in bioethics
Certificate series in Bioethics 
All courses of the Certificate program are delivered in an online format.  Class discussions and case analyses are conducted asynchronously, so students can participate at their convenience during each week of the course.
