Graduation Requirements
When your final copies of your dissertation are ready to turn into the Graduate School two weeks following your defense please be sure to accompany the following.
The Application Degree, Confidential Report and Report of Final Examination forms signed along with signature page must accompany your dissertation. The student will also need two copies on a disk in PDF FORMAT of abstract, dissertation and CV; one for microfilming and the other for the graduate school.
