The Division of Health and Society’s key focus is to lead the Medical College’s engagement with the Wisconsin community. Faculty and staff conduct research and teaching in community-based participatory research, health leadership, community health improvement, health disparities and underlying determinants of health, translation of community health improvement into policy, and design, implementation, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and mixed methods commonly used in community-based health research.
