Capacity and Skill Building for Today and Tomorrow

The Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program (HWPP) held a day of networking, sharing and skill building during our fall conference on Friday, October 7, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport. With a focus on capacity building, the conference provided take away skills that can readily be applied in your collaborative work.

Since 2004, the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program has awarded funds to over 100 community-MCW academic partnerships committed to improving the health of Wisconsin residents. Each funded partnership consists of at least one community organization and one academic partner from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
