Community and Public Health Improvements
The Community Tool Box
Designed by the University of Kansas, this web site presents over 6,000 pages of practical information to support work in promoting community health and development.
Guide to Community Preventive Services
The Guide to Community Preventive Services (Community Guide) serves as a filter for scientific literature on specific health problems that can be large, inconsistent, uneven in quality, and even inaccessible. The Community Guide summarizes what is known about the effectiveness, economic efficiency, and feasibility of interventions to promote community health and prevent disease. The Community Guide is being developed by a, non-Federal Task Force on Community Preventive Services (Task Force), appointed by the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Center for the Advancement of Collaborative Strategies in Health
