Project Goal Statement: The overall purpose of this initiative is to promote the health and well being of Wisconsin residents affected by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and their families and in particular those people who reside in traditionally underserved rural and minority communities of our state.

  • Developed the “We All Forget” and “An Overview of Alzheimer’s and Dementia” presentations and presented at several local nutrition sites, public libraries, community service clubs, senior centers, independent senior housing sites, flu clinics, healthy living fairs, primary care clinics and other community sites
