    Project Goal Statement: Milwaukee Cares will substantially improve the health status of uninsured residents of Milwaukee County by providing appropriate access to free episodic, primary and specialty care; hospital services; and medication through the creation of a voluntary network of physicians, health professionals, hospitals and pharmaceutical services.
