    Project Goal Statement: Northwest Wisconsin Falls Prevention Collaborative, formed with Barron, Douglas and Washburn medical, social service, and volunteer organizations will work in partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin to develop organizational system practices to prevent falls in older adults.
