Project Goal Statement: The proposed Impact Award project will focus on implementation and evaluate of an integrated database system for young children with disabilities in Milwaukee County, based on the results of a 2005 HWPP planning project, "System Planning for an Integrated Database for Children with Developmental Disabilities."
