    Project Goal Statement: This project aims to reduce nutrition-related health risks and disparities in an inner-city, African-American, Milwaukee neighborhood by expanding a community-based health coalition and improving access to nutritious, affordable food through a comprehensive, farm-to-fork strategy and pilot programs.
