         Project End Date: 6/30/2008 - No Cost Extension through 7/31/2008

    Project Goal Statement: The major purpose is to build on the successes of Project HOPE by promoting a direction chosen by the Community Advisory Board of improving  health status of participants in the Agape community and by strengthening the community's capacity to address their own health needs.

    Award Amount: $50,000
