    • Outreach Materials / Events
      • Developed a recruitment letter and statewide distribution list resulting in 161 people signing up to be part  of the Wisconsin Community Health Worker network
      • Conducted a one-and-a-half day conference in Pewaukee, WI with approximately 40% of the 130 attendees being community health workers
      • Developed the Wisconsin Community Health Worker (CHW) Curriculum Planning Taskforce Summary Report of Activities, Findings and Recommendations
