    6th Funding Cycle Development Award
         Project Start Date: 2/1/2011
         Project End Date: 1/31/2013 - No Cost Extension Through: 7/31/2013

    Project Goal Statement: This project will increase access to free or low-cost medications for more than 10,000 working and uninsured individuals in Milwaukee through expansion of the Community MedShare Program and targeted activities including use of trained volunteers.

    Award Amount: $200,000
