     Project Start Date: 1/1/2014
     Project End Date: 12/31/2015

Project Goal Statement: To preserve vision in a high-risk population by implementing teleophthalmology to increase retinopathy screening and facilitate improved eye care, test its use as an innovative tool for education on diabetes, and develop training of work force.

Award Amount: $200,000
