Board of Trustees Biographies:
Mr. Sullivan is President, Specialty Brands, for ManpowerGroup, where he serves multiple roles including CEO of the global professional services division, Experis; CEO of the workforce consulting firm, Right Management; and leader of ManpowerGroup’s Global Sales organization.
In 2003, Mr. Sullivan joined ManpowerGroup as CEO of its professional services subsidiary, Jefferson Wells. In 2004, he was named Executive Vice President of ManpowerGroup and accepted additional responsibility as CEO of Right Management. Jefferson Wells was integrated into Experis in 2010.
Mr. Sullivan currently serves on various boards of directors including Journal Communications; Ministry HealthCare; and the Children’s Hospital and Healthcare System of Wisconsin, and has more than 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience.
Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Marquette University and has completed several advanced business management programs through Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
