Document Delivery Services
For For-Profit Uses
(Pronto)

MCW Libraries provides document delivery services to for-profit clients for use in litigation, manufacturing, drug production and other for-profit purposes through our service known as Pronto.

  • Document delivery requests are accepted via our Pronto service. Due to copyright law restrictions, we cannot accept document delivery requests via phone or any other method other than our forms.
  • Clients may open a deposit account with MCW Libraries to receive a discount.  A minimum of $500 must be deposited with MCW Libraries to open an account.  Depleted deposit accounts will result in the client being invoiced at the non-deposit account prices.
  • Requests are usually filled within 2 days if the item is available in MCW Libraries; 5-10 days otherwise.
  • MCW Libraries follows U.S. copyright guidelines.  Policies on Pronto have been reviewed by MCW Legal Counsel. 
  • Prices are subject to change.
