Library on Request: MCW Libraries Resource of the Month for April
The bound journals have moved to an off-campus location, but you still have access to all of the articles via Library on Request.
Library on Request is MCW Libraries’ document delivery service to MCW, Froedtert Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin faculty, staff and students as well as other non-profit and for-profit users. With Library on Request you can:
Request the scanning and electronic delivery of an article that is held in print by MCW Libraries
Request the transfer of a book from one of the three MCW Libraries to another. Users may pick items up at any of the three libraries that is most convenient for them.
Obtain articles/book chapters/books that are not owned by MCW Libraries and must be requested from another library outside the MCW Libraries' system.
To order items via Library on Request you first need to fill out a one-time registration form. Documents may be ordered by typing in the request, or by ordering the document within any of the MCW Libraries’ databases (PubMed, Ovid Medline, etc.) by using the Get It From MCW Libraries button.
Document delivery FAQ and detailed ordering instructions (including a short video) are also available on the Library on Request web page.
