Research Evaluation with the H-index
MCW Libraries has produced a short video explaining the h-index. The h-index is a way to quantify the impact and relevance of an individual scientist’s research. The h-index is a number that attempts to measure both the productivity of and impact of the published work of a scientist. The video includes information on how to use Scopus, Web of Knowledge, and Google Scholar Citations to look up the h-index.
