MCW Libraries provides proctoring services for MCW, CHW, FH faculty, staff, and students at no charge. Jean Jolliffe, Senior Library Assistant at Children's Hospital Library, provides this service. Requestors must fill out a Proctoring Request form (PDF) to request proctoring of an exam. Proctoring is done by appointment only at a mutually acceptable time.
The institution requiring the student to take an exam dictates the requirements for the proctor, the student, and the nature of any accommodations. MCW Libraries will make every effort to meet these requirements, but may need to decline to administer the exam if the requirements cannot be met. Your MCW, CHW, or FH employee/student ID card must be presented on the day of the exam. Another ID may be required by the institution providing the exam.
Persons who are not eligible for MCW Libraries' proctoring service may be referred to Wauwatosa Public Library at 414-471-8485 or University of Wisconsin-Waukesha Library at 262-521-5473 for information on proctoring services. Medical College of Wisconsin Master of Public Health distance education students should contact the MPH Office at 414-955-4510 for a list of approved proctoring locations.
