The MPH program at MCW is currently seeking reaccreditation by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH).
As part of the reaccreditation process, the MPH program has been undergoing a comprehensive process of self-analysis. The result is the self study document, which describes the program’s attainment of each criterion set forth by CEPH. Input and feedback from students, faculty, alumni, and community members was strongly encouraged. The final self study document can be viewed and downloaded by clicking the link below.
Final Self Study
External reviewers will conduct a site visit to evaluate the MPH program on November 19 and 20, 2009. Current students, alumni, faculty, staff, administration, college officials, and community stakeholders will participate in discussions with the site visit team. Please contact Kim Contardi at mph@mcw.edu or 414-456-8346 if you are interested in participating.
The site visit team will develop a report based upon the self-study document and site visit findings. The Board of Councilors will convene in spring 2010 to consider this report. Councilors adopt the team’s report, as is or as amended, and make a decision about reaccreditation. The maximum term of accreditation is seven years.
