Our transformed pilot curriculum will prepare our students for success in their chosen medical specialties and the changing practice of medicine.

Our Guiding Principles:

  • Provide early clinical/patient contact
  • Integration of basic & clinical sciences
  • Competency-based assessment
  • Create learning communities
  • Build on the strengths of MCW and our community
  • Apply Evidence-based best practices in education

Leading the Way

The Pathway and Integration Directors who were selected in 2009 are leading the way forward, marshalling the talent, energy, creativity and experience of over 150 faculty members and numerous students, from throughout the College.

Together they have crafted a dynamic curriculum to excite and engage our medical students while giving them the flexibility to pursue their passion.
