Stroke and Interventional Research Studies

MCW-Froedtert hospital is involved with cutting edge treatments for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. These studies include:

  • Interventional Management of Stroke (IMS-III) study of combined IV and IA thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke within three hours of symptoms onset versus IV only.
