Program at a Glance

Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is located in Milwaukee, a city on the shores of Lake Michigan with a metropolitan area of approximately 1.3 million people.  MCW is affiliated with Froedtert Hospital, a 785-bed tertiary referral center. Residents also rotate at adjoined Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin and nearby Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center.

MCW Neurology program has achieved a five-year accreditation at the last ACGME review in February 2011.  For applications to the Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Neurology, we do have a few requirements.  We will not print or act upon any application unless the following documents are available:  3 letters of recommendation, CV, Personal Statement, USMLE scores (US - step 1, IMG Step 1-2-3).  We do not have specific score requirements on the USMLE.  The Medical College of Wisconsin, Department of Neurology sponsors J1 and H1b visa.
