About SpineCare

Individualized Care

SpineCare provides individualized care for people with neck and back pain. We are patient-focused and our transdisciplinary team of experts looks carefully at each patient's situation to determine how to best treat that patient. We work together with our patients to help them establish goals and determine what they want to achieve as a result of their treatment with us.

Basic Spine Program

This 6 - 8 week program treats people with disorders such as complex musculo-ligamentous strains; herniated discs without neuromotor deficits; mechanical neck pain; mechanical back pain and lumbar stenosis, among other conditions. The majority of our patients participate in the Basic program, which means their care is completed in less than two months.

Intermediate Spine Program

This 8 -12 week program treats people with disorders such as herniated discs with neuromotor deficits and people who need postoperative rehabilitation, among other conditions.

Extended Spine Program

This 12 - 16 week program treats people who are debilitated or have multilevel spine involvement or need additional clinical support.

Fast Track Program

This is a brief, educationally based program for people with a first episode of neck or back pain without neuromotor deficits.

Electrodiagnostic Testing

May be used to assess extremity pain and numbness.

Spinal Injections

Used to help manage pain in appropriate patients, spinal injections or epidurals delver medicine to help reduce inflammations. Spinal injections are performed by a fellowship trained physiatrist.

Surgical Intervention

When other treatment options have failed, some patients may require surgery. If that becomes the case, the patient will be referred to an appropriate spine surgeon.

Recommendation to Another Service Delivery System

In some cases, people with chronic pain or other conditions may benefit from other types of treatment. Appropriate recommendations will be made for those patients.
