The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin has two equally important missions: to provide the highest quality of healthcare for women in a compassionate and empowering manner, and to be a national leader in the education of medical students, residents, and the community in the area of women's health.
The Residency Program conducts educational conferences every week for residents and other providers to attend.

Janet Rader, MD, has been appointed Chairman and the Jack A. & Elaine D. Klieger Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Medical College of Wisconsin by Jonathan I. Ravdin, MD, Dean and Executive Vice President. Dr. Rader, who will succeed Dwight Cruikshank, MD, assumes her new position in September.
