Dr. Koduri, Dr. Newcomer and Debby Kuklinski, Nurse Practitioner are all part of the Women’s Incontinence and Sexual health program, which is a multidisciplinary program including urogynecologists, urologists, a sexual health expert, a nurse practitioner, a physician assistant, a psychologist, a pelvic floor therapist and nurses. This program specializes in women with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual health issues, urogenital fistula, voiding disorders and other pelvic floor disorders. Dr. Newcomer specializes in advanced pelvic surgery including urogynecology, vaginal surgery, laparoscopic surgery and also the latest technique of robotic surgery. Her urogynecology interests include surgery for incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and bladder and rectal fistula (holes). She also does overseas work in the area of fistula. Her practice is not limited to urogynecology and includes advanced surgery in the area of general gynecology (hysterectomy etc). She sees patients in both the Women’s Incontinence and Sexual Health (WISH) Center and the general obstetrics & gynecology clinic. She also practices a limited amount of obstetrics, usually women with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohns colitis) and those with complex surgical issues.
Debby has been a Women’s Heath Nurse Practitioner for most of her career and has dedicated all of her nursing career to women’s health issues. Her extensive experience includes all phases of women’s health across the life span. In her current position she not only sees routine gynecology patients, but specializes in urogynecology, managing issues including but not limited to incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, and pelvic organ prolapse. Appointments may be scheduled in either the Women’s Incontinence and Sexual Health (WISH) Center or the general obstetrics & gynecology clinic depending on the concern that needs to be addressed.
