Dr. Ryan D. Walsh is a board-certified Neurologist, who is fellowship-trained in Neuro-Ophthalmology. This subspecialty of both Neurology and Ophthalmology focuses on disorders of vision and eye movements related to the nervous system. Dr. Walsh earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He then completed a Transitional Year Internship and a Neurology Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Following his residency, Dr. Walsh pursued subspecialty training, completing a Neuro-Ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Walsh is delighted to be joining the Departments of Ophthalmology and Neurology and looks forward to providing professional, compassionate, excellent care to each and every patient he serves.
