Dr. Shidham participates in all gastrointestinal (GI) pathology activities including signing out GI pathology cases and GI pathology consults as well as in various GI conferences including pancreatobiliary, liver, colorectal, general GI, and inflammatory bowel disease conferences.  He also signs out Cytopathology with focus on FNA in general and EUS-FNA of pancreas.  Finally, he lectures and teaches residents and fellows.
