How to Apply

US Graduates
Applicants must complete an ERAS application form and provide appropriate documentation including:

• 3 letters of recommendation
• Dean's letter
• Official Medical School transcript
• USMLE score(s).  A passing score is required on parts I and II.  
• Are not more than 5 years from Medical School

International Medical Graduates (IMG's)
Applicants must complete an ERAS application form and provide appropriate documentation including:

• 3 letters of recommendation
• Dean's letter
• Official Medical School transcript
• USMLE score(s).  A passing score is required on parts I and II.
• Current and valid ECFMG certificate
• Clinical Skills Assessment
• Are not more than 5 years from Medical School

Applications must be submitted by December 31st.
