The Pediatric Nephrology team provides comprehensive medical care to infants, children and adolescents with kidney disease, hypertension and urinary incontinence. Physicians, nurses, a dietitian and social worker are available to help patients and their families understand and care for their kidney problems. Physicians are board-certified pediatric nephrologists with expertise in both general nephrology and end-stage renal disease care. The Nephrology team provides services including diagnosis and treatment of congenital urinary tract anomalies, hypertension, nephritic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, hemolytic uremic syndrome, acute and chronic renal failure, kidney transplant, prenatal abnormalities, metabolic bone disorders and urinary abnormalities.
