Applicants that recently graduated from medical school (within last two years) with strong academic performance, continued participation in clinical patient care since graduation, competitive board scores, and outstanding letters of reference for clinical performance attract our attention.
Physiatry experience or research pertinent to physical medicine and rehabilitation increases an applicant's probability of being selected for interview.
Foreign medical graduates must have ECFMG certification and have passed the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) exams at the time of application. All of our residents must have excellent spoken and written English. Visa information.
